Spinach Banana Smoothie

As we begin to transition more and more towards a whole food plant based diet I love finding new ways to get nutrients into our family. Today for lunch I made us a green smoothie!

Baby Spinach

Peaches Frozen

Bananas

Cup Almond Milk

Scoop Plant Head Vanilla Protein

 

Put all the ingredients into a blender, Ninja or Vitamix and blend until smooth! You can add in chia seeds to make it thicker and added nutrition!
